Return and Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to Return
Email support@ironsupply.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping address and RMA number.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used planners/journals with writing in them, downloadable/digital products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
